Erb Publishing (erb-publishing.com) is a play publishing and licensing house founded by playwright Tom Erb. This page explains what information we collect from visitors and playwrights, and how we use it.
Play submissions
When you submit a script for consideration, we collect the information you send us directly, typically your name, email address, and the script itself, along with any cast, genre, or production details you include. We use this information only to review your submission and to respond to you. Submitted scripts and contact details are kept for as long as needed to review the submission and, if the work is accepted, to manage the resulting licensing relationship.
Licensing and contact inquiries
If you contact us about licensing a play, we use the information you provide (such as your name, organization, and email address) to respond to your inquiry and process any resulting licensing agreement.
Embedded content from other websites
Some play pages include an embedded “Watch the Explainer” video hosted on YouTube. Visiting a page with an embedded YouTube video works the same as visiting YouTube directly, and YouTube may collect data about your visit, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded video in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs on WordPress and may use standard WordPress cookies to support core site functionality, along with basic visit analytics (such as Jetpack Stats) to understand overall traffic. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
