Free Digital Listing
When a playwright’s script is accepted into the Erb Publishing catalog, it receives a free digital listing on erb-publishing.com, including cover art, synopsis, cast size, running time, and licensing information. There is no charge to the playwright for this listing.
Theaters and directors can read full script details online at no cost. If your production prefers a bound, printed script rather than a digital copy, several titles, including Standing Room Only, Corruption Has a Face, Cissie, and Dance of the Woolly Monster, are now available as printed paperbacks through our print partner and can be ordered directly through our shop. More titles will follow.
Digital listing is always free. Hardcopy script purchase is priced separately from any licensing fee.
Free First Production
Any theater producing its first show from the Erb Publishing catalog pays $0 in licensing fees for that first production. This applies to any title, one time, for each new theater working with us.
Licensing fee only. Script purchase for cast and crew is still required at standard pricing.
Free Season, On Us
A theater that programs a season of four or more titles from the Erb Publishing catalog pays $0 in licensing fees across the entire season.
Licensing fee only, for four or more productions in one season. Script purchase for cast and crew is still required at standard pricing for each show.
